About Effa Emelia, Founder & Director
Effa Emelia is the Founder of LEAD Alliance, bringing over 20 years of experience in the B2B media and events industry.
During her career—particularly over the past 15 years in senior leadership roles—she has worked across a range of organisations, from start-ups to established global businesses in the UK, US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
Alongside leading operations, Effa has been closely involved in developing people—supporting individuals and teams across marketing, digital, content, and sales functions. Her work has included training, mentoring, and coaching leaders at different stages of their careers.
One of the most rewarding aspects of her journey has been seeing individuals she has worked with grow into leadership roles, with many progressing into senior and director-level positions.
