8 key stages of our talent selection process

Briefing with Hiring Manager

We participate in a comprehensive kick-off session aimed at thoroughly delineating the competencies, responsibilities, objectives, and necessary industry experience for the position. During this session, we will reach consensus on timelines, scope, scale, and search parameters.

Candidate Application & Outreach

Once the job has received approval and the description has been posted, it transitions into a live position. We employ a strategic and confidential approach when reaching out to potential candidates using a mix of communication channels. Any candidates possessing the requisite skills and expressing interest will be included in the longlist.

Screen & Shortlist

We meticulously review applications, focusing on work experience, academic qualifications, certifications, and other credentials. Candidates will be presented to you once they have successfully passed our assessment. We will provide a summary of each candidate's suitability and their original CV.

Interview with Hiring Manager

We will assist the hiring manager in coordinating interviews with each candidate, gathering feedback, and ensuring that all parties are thoroughly informed at every stage of the process.

Pre-employment Assessment If Required

After screened candidates have completed the interview, they may be requested to undertake a pre-employment assessment. For skilled positions, these assessments play a crucial role in talent selection and may include skills tests, personality evaluations, and various other types. We will assist the hiring manager in coordinating and facilitating this process.

Final Interview & Selection

After conducting further interviews and reference checks, we will collaborate closely with you to evaluate the final candidates. Upon reaching a decision, we strongly advise promptly contacting the chosen candidate — in our experience, top talent tends to leave the job market swiftly, sometimes within as little as 10 days.

Offer & Onboarding

Once an appropriate package has been agreed upon, we will extend the offer to the successful candidate and provide support throughout any negotiation process. We will maintain regular communication with both you and the candidate until the start date.

Optional Induction Training Pre-agreed

We offer optional pre-onboarding training and orientation sessions to take the pressure off your busy line managers — ensuring a smooth and confident transition for your new hire from their very first day.
