The main objective of the discovery phase is to gain a comprehensive understanding of your recruitment needs or talent development objectives. During this phase, you'll likely seek further information about our programme delivery methods. If there's alignment, we can then proceed to discuss the specifics of our potential partnership.

Discuss

We will discuss and collaboratively decide next steps. This involves agreeing on timelines, scope, scale, and parameters for the search process and coaching framework — as well as establishing evaluation criteria to gauge progress toward meeting your objectives.

Implement

Implement

We will then move forward to put the agreed-upon actions into effect. This entails collaborating directly with the hiring manager throughout the entire process — from research and shortlisting to candidate appointment and onboarding. For coaching candidates, we begin with a personalised Leadership Roadmap session with the coachee, co-creating a plan to guide them through the programme.

Evaluation

Evaluation

We don't believe there should be any surprises. Transparency is key to our partnership. We propose a weekly check-in to address any ongoing challenges and maintain our alignment with the agreed-upon objectives. We are also readily available to connect whenever questions arise outside of these scheduled check-ins.
